In our apartments at Katharinenstr. 14 in Essen Rüttenscheid you are in one of the best locations in Essen.

In our lovingly furnished apartments you can expect a quiet, comfortable and individual living ambience in a top location in Essen.
Only 900 meters to Messe Essen (10 min. walk). The streetcar station Florastraße (subway connection) can be reached on foot in one minute (< 100 m), where there is also a cab rank, a bicycle rental station and an EDEKA grocery store. The “RÜ” (Rüttenscheider Straße), a shopping street with stores and international restaurants that really leaves nothing to be desired, starts just “around the corner”. The Krupp Hospital is only 500 meters away and the nursing home “Gotthard-Daniels-Haus” of the AWO Essen is directly opposite.
The quiet location in Katharinenstraße, a side street (dead end) with free public parking in the adjacent streets, guarantees a pleasant stay without the usual traffic noise of a big city.
The short distance to the A52 freeway (approx. 500 meters) and all public transport is also ideal. Essen Central Station can be reached by streetcar in less than 10 minutes.
The clever alternative to a hotel!
Our apartment is also ideal for trade fair visitors in Düsseldorf, as you can be at the Düsseldorf trade fair center in around 25 minutes by car (according to the route planner).

Two apartments on the first floor - Vacation flat/apartment HANNI on the first floor (approx. 45 m²) with separate bedroom, two separable box-spring beds in the living room, large bathroom with quadrant bath tub with rainforest shower head. Suitable for 2 to 4 guests (two separate box-spring beds and double bed). An extra bed for a 5th person may also be possible (on request).
- Vacation flat/apartment KARSTEN on the first floor (approx. 30 m²) One-room apartment with “wall sculptures”, two separable box-spring beds, cozy bunk bed for a third person, modern bathroom with shower cubicle. Suitable for 2 to 3 guests (two separable box-spring beds and bunk).
One apartment on the 1st floor - Vacation flat/apartment WILLI on the 1st floor (approx. 30 m²)
Modern one-room apartment with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and sofa bed with gel topper (140 x 200 cm for 3rd person), kitchen, bathroom with shower cubicle. Suitable for 2 – 3 guests.

One-room apartment specially designed for longer stays with double bed (140 x 200 cm) and sofa bed with gel topper (for 3rd person), kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower cubicle. Suitable for 2 – 3 guests. - All the apartments have been lavishly furnished with great attention to detail and a focus on comfort.

All prices include electricity, water, heating, towels and tea towels, bed linen. Intermediate cleaning for longer stays against separate payment. All prices online incl. statutory VAT.

All apartments are non-smoking apartments!
In the apartments LIZ and LOTAR you can smoke on the balcony, otherwise in front of the house, or protected from the wind and weather in our courtyard passage, which you can enter at any time on the first floor.
Notes on payment:
When booking by telephone (+49 2053-45844319), or booking by e-mail and corresponding confirmation by us, 25% of the rental price is due as a deposit. The balance is payable on arrival in cash, by credit card, EC card, or in advance by bank transfer or PayPal payment.
